Key Responsibilities
- Manage PostgreSQL databases (installation, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance)
- Monitor the performance and availability of databases
- Perform data analysis to support business needs and decision-making
- Manage backups, restorations and DRP
- Ensure compliance with security policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices
Must have
- Advanced mastery of SQL and the PostgreSQL DBMS
- Solid knowledge in data integration, ETL and API
- Experience in data analysis and modelling
- Understanding of Infra environments (servers, networks, Cloud)
- Skills in performance optimisation (queries, indexing, partitioning)
Nice to have
- PostgreSQL certification
- Experience in the energy sector
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Organisational skills, rigor and ability to work in a team
