Processes & Revenue Assurance Owner

The Processes & Revenue Assurance Owner is responsible for designing, governing, and continuously improving the company’s end‑to‑end operational processes while ensuring full revenue integrity (ensuring completeness/accuracy of revenue streams) across the value chain.

Responsibilities

  • Process Ownership & Continuous Improvement
       Own the lifecycle of key operational and commercial 
        processes.
       Map, document, and optimise cross‑department 
       workflows
       Standardise procedures and drive adoption
       Monitor process KPIs and implement corrective 
       measures
  • Revenue Assurance
       Ensure accuracy and completeness of all revenues.
       Identify revenue leakages and system gaps.
       Design automated controls & reconciliation frameworks.
       Generate automatic reporting on the revenue both 
       internally and externally.
       Coordinate with Finance for correct accounting.
  • Data Quality & Compliance
       Ensure integrity of datasets used for billing, reporting, 
       and regulatory compliance.
       Define validation rules and monitoring dashboards.
       Prevent customer fraud and manage eventual cases.
  • Reporting & Governance
       Maintain dashboards and governance routines.
       Present findings and improvement proposals to 
       leadership.
       Handle the requested group reporting, CSR, HSE, …

Must Have

  • Master diploma
  • Strong understanding of business processes, financial and operational flows.Process Management LeanSixSigma, Aris, …..
  • Experience with billing systems or ERP/CRM
  • Perfect written English
  • Analytical mindset, problem solving skills and strong communication skills.
  • 3–7 years experience in operations, billing, revenue assurance or process optimisation.

Nice to have

  • Strong command of 2 out of these languages: LUX, FR, DE, EN
  • Team player
  • Google Adwords experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience in the energy or telecom sectors
