Responsibilities

  • Tracking the completeness of customer data in apps
  • Compliance with processes and deadlines
  • Sales to private and corporate customers
  • Tracking of orders and subcontracts

Tasks

  • Management of customer orders
  • Preparation of supplier orders
  • Tracking of transactions
  • Invoicing one-off services
  • Project tracking
  • Preparation of quotations

Wanted profile

  • Graduate of an administrative and/or commercial degree program (BTS or Bachelor) or an equivalent degree
  • Computer skills  
  • Accurate, meticulous and able to manage tasks according to their priorities
