Responsibilities
- Tracking the completeness of customer data in apps
- Compliance with processes and deadlines
- Sales to private and corporate customers
- Tracking of orders and subcontracts
Tasks
- Management of customer orders
- Preparation of supplier orders
- Tracking of transactions
- Invoicing one-off services
- Project tracking
- Preparation of quotations
Wanted profile
- Graduate of an administrative and/or commercial degree program (BTS or Bachelor) or an equivalent degree
- Computer skills
- Accurate, meticulous and able to manage tasks according to their priorities
